Having spent 10 years working with professional performers in London, Brittany understands that often the show must go on, and that taking time out from doing the thing you love is sometimes simply not an option. For this reason, Brittany uses creative solutions to manage dance injuries, often incorporating classes and studio sessions into the rehabilitative process.
Brittany is passionate about injury prevention and performance optimisation, beyond the scope of managing an injured dancer. For years, she has been immersed in educating developing performers, workshoping injury-prevention strategies with dance schools, and screening students enrolling in pre-professional or tertiary dance environments. Find out more about dance screening options here. Brittany has worked as an in-house or consultant physiotherapist at tertiary centres: Arts Educational School, London Studio Centre, Royal Academy of Dance, the Royal Ballet School, Italia Conti, and John Curtin College of the Arts.
Professional productions and dancers Brittany has worked with include UK and West End productions of Wicked, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Warhorse, Kinky Boots, Groundhog Day, Disney's Newsies, Bluey, The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, Six the Musical, Jersey Boys, The Book of Mormon, The Play that Goes Wrong, Cabaret, Dirty Dancing, Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, and many, MANY! more.
