Physiotherapy for Hypermobility

Brittany loves supporting humans with hypermobility conditions, including Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and frequently related conditions such as POTS, Dysautonomia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

If you’ve ever been told you’re “just flexible” or “double-jointed” or that your pain is all in your head you’re not alone. Hypermobility might sound like a cool party trick, but when your joints are constantly overworking, it can feel more like chaos than control.

Hypermobility Physiotherapy is not just about strengthening flexible joints. It encompasses strategies to manage Hypermobility comorbidities, such as Neurodivergence, Dysautonomia / Postural Orthostatics Tacchycardic Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and Chronic Fatigue, which often limit involvement in therapies. We do strengthen, but we are experienced in utilising tools that give your joints appropriate feedback, help you build proprioceptive awareness, and safely load your joints without exacerbating symptoms. We meet you where you are at.

Whether you’re dealing with constant aches, mysterious fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, or joints that just don’t seem to stay where they belong. It’s not all in your head. We see you. We believe you. And we’re here to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.
